The Coffee Cooperative Siguatepeque Ltda. (Cohorsil) in Honduras was founded in 1980. Cerro Azul is one of five blends that Cohorsil markets. The blend is named after Cerro Azul Meambar National Park. Cerro Azul is a strictly high grown blend comprised of Catuai, Pacas and Caturra varietals grown at 1300-1700 meters above sea level. It is clean and nicely balanced.
