Our Colombian comes from a small family-owned farm in the Colombian "coffee triangle" at an elevation of 4265 feet. The coffee is harvested twice a year, picked and processed at the farms own micro-wet mills and then dried on an elevated table inside a "solar dryer", which protects the beans from the rain.
