5790 feet up in the Mt. Meru highlands, tended to by the Mondul Coffee Estate, lives very special Arabica coffee beans. The ripe cherries (coffee fruit) are carefully selected and pulped within 8 hours of harvesting, fermented for 24-36 hours with a "mid wash" performed 12-18 hours in, and then is dried for 21 days. These beans and their complex harvesting process creates one of the most unique flavor profiles amongst the single origin flavors we offer.
